TRIBUTE TO PIGS & PINOT

The Pigs & Pinot celebration continues as Charlie Palmer and the team at Hotel Healdsburg and Dry Creek Kitchen offer a myriad of ways to celebrate the marriage of pork and Pinot Noir. We hope you’ll join us for one or more of the events and special menus we’re offering this Spring.

Chef Andrew Wilson offers a three-course menu featuring his signature pork inspired dishes. Guests will have the opportunity to pair two of these dishes with a hand selected pinot noir.

Dry Creek Kitchen’s dinner menu will feature a special pork and pinot pairing. And, starting on March 23rd an actual dish from the acclaimed Pigs & Pinot Gala Dinner will be paired with the Pinot Cup winner.

Sommelier Courtney Humiston has lined up some of the best local and global Pinots showcased at the Pigs & Pinot event. At Dry Creek Kitchen and Hotel Healdsburg’s recently remodeled Fireside Lounge, guests will have the opportunity to experience these Pinots both by the bottle and glass. Additionally, the coveted Pinot Cup winning wine will be featured on the Dry Creek Kitchen wine menu.
