The Spa is open seven days a week. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your treatment time to enjoy our relaxation area and jacuzzi (bathing suits required). For your comfort and convenience, spa robes, slippers, and lockers are available. Non-hotel guests are subject to a $15 pool access fee. All spa guests are required to be at least 18 years of age or must be accompanied by an adult throughout their spa experience. Guests of the hotel are encouraged to arrive in their hotel robe, but lockers are available upon request. The Spa is not responsible for lost or damaged items. Please leave your jewelry or valuables at home.
Spa Reservations and Etiquette
We kindly request that you schedule your spa service appointment at least two weeks in advance to receive your specific requests or preference of providers and preferred time of treatment. Call 707 433 4747 to schedule an appointment or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. A credit card is required to reserve your appointments. We suggest a 20% gratuity for service providers.
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please notify us 24 hours in advance if you must cancel or reschedule your spa reservation. All cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the full service price. Reservations that are rescheduled within 24 hours are subject to a fee. For parties of 5 or more a 48 hour cancellation policy will apply and a non refundable deposit is required to hold your group reservation.
