Sixteen Pinot Noirs from a selection of the world’s top wineries – all in two hours! Master Sommelier Keith Goldston will lead an informative tasting focusing on the selected wines and the wine regions that they represent. A blind tasting will follow where participants will vote for their favorite. Which winery will walk away with the cup? Only you can decide!

Here’s your chance to go beyond the back bacon and far from the belly as Chef Charlie Palmer and guest Chef Philippe Rispolli explore a few more exciting bits of this tasty beast. In a demo-style class, you’ll experience the distinctive textures and flavor profiles of pork cheeks, smoked and fresh pig trotters, and the classic pate de campagne, all highlighted by accompanying wine selections.
