As an early advocate of farm-fresh food and an avid winemaking collaborator, it’s no surprise that master American chef Charlie Palmer was drawn to Sonoma, an agricultural place of plenty. At Dry Creek Kitchen, Chef Palmer shares his unparalleled access to leading food artisans and vintners, featuring their bounty on one-of-a-kind tasting menus.
