Dry Creek Kitchen
Chef Charlie Palmer, Chef Dustin Valette and Dry Creek Kitchen one-of-a-kind dinner series showcasing the rich culinary and wine heritage of the region. The Winemaker's Kitchen Table at Dry Creek Kitchen is a community supper hosted by top vintners serving their prized wines and personal family recipes.
February’s dinner features Radio-Coteau’s literal translation is “broadcasting from the hillside.” Winemaker and proprietor Eric Sussman established the acclaimed winery in 2002 with the distinct purpose of producing wines with vibrant, balanced
fruit and a distinct sense of place. Eric's deep respect for the connection between land, people and the wine they produce sets the perfect stage for a Winemaker Kitchen Table dinner at Dry Creek Kitchen where the menu pays equal homage to the local food, growers and sources of our region.
