EVENT SPACES

The Carriage House with its high ceilings, exposed wood beams, and roll-back barn doors is a unique multi-function space. Seating up to 50, it can serve as a dramatic private dining room or a venue for wine tasting, art exhibits, lectures, or cooking demonstrations. The Carriage House opens onto a small private garden and reception area surrounded by boutique apple trees, a pleasant breakout or pre-dinner reception area.

The elegant Grange Hall opens onto the garden courtyard and is the hotel’s largest private room, seating up to 80 guests. Heavy silk curtains can be used to divide the space into more intimate spaces, and floor-to-ceiling plantation shutters allow for ample natural light or darkness for video presentations. The Grange Hall can be used for formal dinners catered by Dry Creek Kitchen, or for meetings, and has a drop down screen and full audiovisual presentation capabilities.

The walls of the well-appointed Wine Library are lined with rare vintages and exclusive holdings of Dry Creek Kitchen. A stately table seats 14 and is available for private dining or small business meetings.

The Event Green is an open lawn area bordered by the country gardens of the hotel courtyard. It is perfectly suited to accommodate a cocktail reception of 200 people or a seated dinner of up to 150. 40' x 40' tenting is available at an additional fee.

The Screened Porch, a beautiful indoor-outdoor space adjacent to the Hotel lobby and gardens, is ideal for lunch, dinner, a cocktail reception, or a breakout space for meetings on warm days and evenings. The space may also be heated for events throughout the year.
